November 8 – Preventing Elder Fraud

This seminar will be held at the South Huntington Public Library

The biggest threat to seniors is being taken in by a scam artist. Scam artists typically prey on the vulnerable or those unaware of their tactics, and seniors are often susceptible to them. The FTC reports that fraudulent telemarketers direct from 56 to 80% of their calls at seniors.

Join us on Wednesday, November 8, at 2:00 PM to learn to be aware of fraud and how to protect yourself.

The library is located at 145 Pidgeon Hill Road, Huntington Station, NY 11746 several blocks south of Route 25.
