1 lb raw shrimp, deveined and cleaned
1 c sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 c butter T flour
1 – 6 oz can of chopped mushrooms
1 T flour
1 t paprika
1 T chopped parsley
- Melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and onions and saute for 10 minutes
- Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
- Sprinkle in flour, paprika, salt and pepper
- Stir on sour cream and cook slowly for 10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL!
- Serve over pasta of choice.
