iPad: Getting Started

2 sessions of 2.5 hours each

Students are encouraged to bring their charged iPad to class.

You’ll learn about iPad settings and navigation, displays, home screen and dock settings, sounds and haptics, iCloud, contacts, sending and receiving emails, managing your emails, messaging (texting), saving photos from a text or an email to your Photos app, texting or emailing photos, using the iPad native apps and more. We’ll spend some class time reviewing Passwords, Passcodes and Passkeys: in other words … device security.
