If you are confused by Facebook, or have never tried this social network, this class is for you. This class will help you understand, navigate, and enjoy using Facebook features on both desktop and mobile apps (iPad and iPhone).
Lesson 1 – Facebook Essentials
We will help you create an account if you don’t already have one. Understand Facebook navigation, the difference between your Timeline and NewsFeed, how to use Quick Privacy Settings, find Friends, review the latest Posting features, and use Help features
Lesson 2 – Facebook Privacy and Account Settings
Explore all of Facebook’s many Privacy and Account settings in detail, including settings to secure your Timeline, set privacy on your Profile photo and Profile data, increase your security, and control the types of advertising and notifications you see. Learn how to download your Facebook data, temporarily deactivate your account if you need a Facebook vacation, or permanently delete your account.
Lesson 3 – Exploring Facebook Features
Discover some fun and useful Facebook features, including discovering and creating Groups, how to save and organize items in your NewsFeed, customizing your NewsFeed, Marketplace, Messaging and Video Chatting, managing Photos, and finding discounts on Business Pages.
